Before you order
How do I know it fits my phone?
Pick your exact model from the dropdown on the product page. We cover iPhone 11 through 17 — including Mini, Plus, Pro, Pro Max, 16e and 17 Air — and Samsung Galaxy S20 through S26 in Plus, Ultra and FE variants.
If your model is not in the list, we do not currently make it. Write to us and we will tell you if it is coming.
Does MagSafe and wireless charging still work?
Yes. Both work normally through the case — no need to take it off to charge.
Glossy or matte — which should I pick?
Glossy makes the turquoise and gold as vivid as possible and gives the artwork a polished, glass-like look.
Matte is softer, with less glare and a smooth soft-touch feel. Same case underneath — it is purely about how you want the art to read.
How long until it arrives?
Production takes 2–5 business days because each case is made for your model alone. U.S. delivery is another 5–7 business days. You get tracking as soon as it ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Message us as soon as possible. Production begins quickly, and once it has started we cannot change the model, finish or address.
There is no fixed cut-off — the sooner you write, the more likely we can still help.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, the packaging, the shipping label and the issue. We will review it and, when applicable, provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
