Before you write

Reporting a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 3 days of delivery and attach clear photos of the item, the packaging, the shipping label and the issue. That lets us send a replacement without going back and forth.

Need to change an order? Write as soon as possible. Production begins quickly and changes may not be possible once it has started.

Your phone model is not listed? Ask us. We have added models for customers before and we may be able to do it for you.

We are a small studio

Every case is made to order by people who care whether you like it. If something is not right, tell us first — we would rather fix it than leave you unhappy.
